Proudly offering driving lessons in Thrumster, your friendly local instructor – Luke Ramm – will gladly come to you. He will pick you up and drop you off at your desired location. And he will help you become familiar with the standard test routes in your area. This way you will have a far greater chance of passing.
Prior to becoming an instructor, Luke was a nurse for 18 years. He adopts the same caring and compassionate approach to teaching as he did with nursing. He helps drivers overcome their anxieties and increase their confidence behind the wheel.
Every driver has their own unique preferences and learning style. Luke will work closely with you to understand your current driving experience and develop a program that suits your needs.
For students with extreme anxiety, we provide optional off-street training at the Port Macquarie Kart Racing Track. This gives you access to a dedicated off-street training environment, where you can learn basic vehicle controls before you drive on the main roads.
Our training vehicle is a 2020 Toyota Corolla Hybrid with a 5 Star ANCAP rating. The vehicle also has front and rear facing dash cameras that record video, speed, time, and date. Plus, it has full Comprehensive insurance for your peace of mind.
If you want to have driving lessons in Thrumster in your own vehicle, it must be fully registered and insured. You are also covered with Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance, giving you the assurance that you are in safe hands.
